Dave is the best! From the start, he was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and a calming influence throughout the process. Dave offered his advice in a way that never felt pressured and was always wise, and he has excellent negotiation skills. He was always available; with the many many calls and texts I made to him, I always received an immediate response. He also understood the sometimes emotional nature of selling and buying a home and offered sensible recommendations that kept our eyes on the prize and avoided escalation of tensions with the other party, who was at times difficult. He was also tenacious about preserving the deal after the accepted offer, even taking care of things that went beyond his responsibilities.
